Redliner: This is the most widely used hairpiece tape for permanent attachment. Do not be misled by the name, this tape is definitely clear. It is more water resistant than other tapes and has a strong holding strength. Our Genuine red liner from Germany is a sticky tape with less melt down 3-4 day holding. It is a two sided transparent sticky adhesive which is covered with a glossy paper shielding (on one side) that allows for easy application. It was designed for bonding hairpieces along the sides of micro-filament foundation or polyurethane base wigs. It can be used for bonding hairpieces or wigs designed to include a partial or full perimeter tape tab system.

Brownliner: Also known as German-Brown Cloth Tape. This tape is a slightly thicker (double adhesive) than the other tapes listed and is not clear. It has the equivalent holding strength of the Red Liner tape. Good for people who perspire more often and have a thick base system. Not recommended for lace fronts.

Blue Liner: Lace Front Support: A transparent tape, typically used in conjunction with the red-liner tape. We highly recommend placing the REDLINER tape onto the actual hairpiece, then lay the blue liner tape over the redliner. This method can last two weeks. Blue Liner is a quality grade tape that may be used for bonding a hairpiece or wig to polyurathane tape-tabs and scalp. It does not stick to monofilament.

Bonding Strip: This is one of the stickiest tapes you can get! Ideal for extended wear and getting that super bond when you need it. It is also skin-safe and has added vent-holes to allow the skin to breathe. Holding for 30-40 days is not unusual. Mini Bonding Strips are great for attachment around the perimeter or where needed for an extra long hold.

Walker No Shine:  Somewhat more expensive, but worth it because you cannot see it.  This tape really does replace messy glue.  Great for the front hairline of a lace unit.  Note: the less shiny side is the split side and designed to be applied to the bottom of the lace hairpiece first.  More Information.

Super Tape: Formulated with a water-based adhesive which is skin and environmentally friendly. Great for Lace Systems. More Information

In some cases, it is helpful to use double-sided tape to secure the hearing aid to the skin behind the child's ear. This tape will need to be changed frequently.
